Target Areas

Target areas are census tracts in Washington state that meet federal guidelines as economically distressed and, therefore, given special consideration under the House Key Opportunity State Bond Program.

Determine the census tract number of the property.
Helpful resources are the Thomas Guide with Census Tracts, the city or county planning office, and the following link:
https://geomap.ffiec.gov/FFIECGeocMap/GeocodeMap1.aspx.

Contact info@heretohome.org to determine whether the census tract falls within a target area.
