  • House Key State Bond Program 2009-C funds available. Fixed interest for 30 years*:
    5.00% (2 points), 5.25% (1 point), 5.50% (0 points)
     
  • Heatwave Pilot Program 680+ credit score required. Commission downpayment assistance programs are not available with this option. Fixed interest for 30 years*:  
    4.00% (2 points), 4.25% (1 point), 4.50% (0 points)
  • A New Home For You Pilot Program Never occupied new construction. 680+ credit score required. Fixed interest for 30 years*:
    4.75% (2 points), 5.00% (1 point), 5.25% (0 points)
     
  • Mortgage Credit Certificate Program MCCs are not mortgages. They are a tax credit.  The Commission’s House Key State Bond Program is not available for use with the MCC Program.

    1. Attend a Free Homebuyer Education Seminar  

    2. Contact a Commission-Trained Loan Officer
