The Commission's Asset Management and Compliance Division monitors multifamily properties financed with tax-exempt bonds, low-income housing tax credit, and other public funding. 


New: It's time for TAX CREDIT properties to submit Annual Reports for compliance year 2016. Review our Tax Credit Reports page for important instructions on how to submit your materials. Tax Credit Annual Reports are due on or before JANUARY 31, 2017.

New: Are you entering data into WBARS? If not, beat the rush. Enter data as soon as possible. Table 1 (for compliance year 2016) can be submitted in WBARS as early as January 1, but MUST be submitted to Funder level no later than JANUARY 31, 2017.

New: February 2017 Tax Credit Fundamentals workshop in EVERETT - register now!

New: It's time for BOND-ONLY properties to submit their Annual Reports for compliance year 2016 – Notification letters are in the mail and should reach owners and managers shortly. Bond Annual Reports are due on or before JANUARY 7, 2017.
