Why You Should Attend Compliance Monitoring Training

The Washington State Housing Finance Commission is conducting a series of Compliance Monitoring Training workshops throughout Washington State. With the increased emphasis on compliance by investors and owners, these sessions are invaluable in helping you keep abreast of compliance issues which impact your property. The Commission has tailored these Low-Income Housing Tax Credit and Tax-Exempt Bond compliance workshops to meet your specific needs. These workshops will focus on federal and state compliance requirements as well as how to avoid common compliance monitoring pitfalls.  The PowerPoint presentations used at the workshops have received a National Award for program excellence.
