House Key State Bond Program  Fixed interest rate for 30 years:
4.25% with 2 points | 4.50% with 1 point | 4.75% with 0 points effective 08/19/2011

A New Home For You Pilot Program  Fixed interest rate for 30 years:
for newly constructed, never occupied homes. 680+ credit score required
4.00% with 2 points | 4.25% with 1 point | 4.50% with 0 points  effective 08/19/2011

Mortgage Credit Certificate Program (MCC)  MCCs are not mortgages. They are a tax credit.
