Effective Immediately:
Due to recent HUD guidance, Lenders must close second mortgages
in your own name and not in the name of the Commission. Lenders
must request funds using the
DPA Wire
Transfer Authorization Form (PDF). Forms must be
submitted by 10:00 am Monday-Friday excluding holidays for same
day processing. Manual updates and forms have been posted.
