Downpayment Assistance Program

These documents are provided for use by lending professionals trained by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission. For more information about our programs, please visit us at www.wshfc.org. 

Effective Immediately:
Due to recent HUD guidance, Lenders must close second mortgages in your own name and not in the name of the Commission. Lenders must request funds using the DPA Wire Transfer Authorization Form (PDF). Forms must be submitted by 10:00 am Monday-Friday excluding holidays for same day processing. Manual updates and forms have been posted.
