Homebuyer Education Seminar Instructor Information

Commission-trained instructors may register a Homebuyer Education Seminar using this form.

DISCLAIMER  The sponsorship by the Commission of a homebuyer education seminar does not endorse a person, business practice, product or service other than those of the Commission.

• WSHFC-trained lenders must co-instruct with a WSHFC trained real estate professional.
• Instructors must submit a separate form for each seminar with complete information.
• Each seminar must be a minimum of five full hours of in-class time plus breaks.
• WSHFC will mail to Instructor (1): routing slip, handouts-brochures, evaluation sheets, certificates of completion, Seminar Participant Registration Forms (Scantron).
• Instructors must coordinate directly with the Department of Financial Institutions (DFI) or Mortgage Insurance (M.I.) co-sponsor for delivery of seminar workbooks.  WSHFC will send the M.I. co-sponsor a copy of the confirmed registration.
