Mortgage Origination Agreement and Lender Questionnaire for New Lenders

Thank you for your interest in the Washington State Housing Finance Commission’s (the Commission) Homeownership programs. We are continually welcoming new lenders into the Program. In the links below, please find the minimum lender qualification requirements, brief program description, the Application to Participate/Lender Questionnaire and the Mortgage Origination Agreement for your review.
