Nonprofit Religiously Affiliated School Questionnaire

If you are a nonprofit K-12 religiously-affiliated school interested in the benefits of tax-exempt bond financing, please contact Acting Director David Clifton at 206.287.4407 before completing the Questionnaire (Word), application, or Indemnification Agreement (PDF).
