By Car

Traveling North on I-5
Exit 164 – Seneca Street
Follow Seneca Street to Second Avenue
Turn left, follow to Spring Street
The Commission is located on the east side of Second Avenue between Spring and Madison  
 

Traveling South on I-5
Exit 165A – Union Street
Follow Union Street to Second Avenue
Turn left, follow to Spring Street
The Commission is located on the east side of Second Avenue between Spring and Madison
 

Traveling West on I-90
Take I-5 north to the Madison Exit
turn left on Madison and continue to 4th Avenue
turn right on 4th and continue to Union Street
Turn left on Union and then turn left onto 2nd Avenue
The Commission is located on the east side of Second Avenue between Spring and Madison
 

Traveling South on I-99
Take the Denny Street exit keeping to the right
Which crosses Denny and leads to Wall Street
Turn left onto 2nd Ave & head south for approximately 10 blocks
The Commission is located on the east side of Second Avenue between Spring and Madison
 

Traveling North on I-99
Take the Seneca Street exit
Turn left onto 1st Avenue
Go one block and take a right onto University Street
Up one block to 2nd Avenue
The Commission is located on the east side of Second Avenue between Spring and Madison


Parking *

Very limited hourly rate parking is available in the building with entrances on Spring and Madison Streets.  Additional parking options can be found nearby with various specials based upon the time of day.  Parking prices vary dramatically by garage and by time of day.  For Example: Benaroya Hall Parking Garage (entrance on 2nd at Union) is located three blocks North of the Commission.

Washington State Ferry Schedule

The Seattle Ferry Terminal (Colman Dock) is three blocks from of the Commission.
 

The Elliott Bay Water Taxi shuttles passengers from Pier 55 in downtown Seattle to the Seacrest dock in West Seattle seven days a week. A shuttle van operates in accordance with the water taxi schedule and carries passengers from the Admiral District, Alki Point and the West Seattle Junction to the Seacrest dock.

If you are traveling in the Seattle Bus/(Light Rail) Tunnel, we are near the University Street Station.

See ground transportation options to Seattle using shuttles, buses, public transit and taxis.  Note: Metro Route 194 Express is the fastest public bus from the airport to downtown.

When you arrive at the Commission, check-in with the receptionist on the 27th floor.
