Tacoma Downpayment Assistance Program

Dear Partners,

SUNSET OF THE TACOMA DOWNPAYMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

The City of Tacoma notified the Commission they are considering other avenues to utilize their funds for other homeownership programs.

Any loans in your pipeline that may be utiizing the Tacoma DPA must be reserved by May 5, 2023 and closed on or before June 16, 2023.

We want to thank the City of Tacoma for a wonderful partnership.
