Eastern Washington Wildfires: Information for LIHTC Properties

Waiver of Tenant Requirements in Post-Year 15 LIHTC Properties:

For Post-Year 15 Low Income Housing Tax Credit properties in a broad region of Eastern Washington, the Commission has waived certain tenant qualification requirements in order to remove barriers to housing people displaced by the wildfires.

Notice to Post-Year 15 LIHTC Property Owners in Wildfire Areas (Chelan, Ferry, Okanogan, Spokane, Stevens and Yakima counties; Confederated Tribes and Bands of the Yakama Nation; Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation; Spokane Tribe of Indians)

See 100% AMI chart and other relevant forms below

Properties Affected by this Notice: Can You Help?

The Commission is working with Spokane-area emergency response groups to determine how displaced families can connect to participating properties.

If you have a Post-Year 15 property in the named areas of Washington, please use this form to let us know if you would like to participate in the waiver and if you have units available for wildfire-displaced households.
