NEWLY UPDATED: HUD has released its inflationary adjustments for calendar year 2026 (pertaining to income/asset thresholds and exclusions, passbook rate and mandatory deductions).  Note that the Asset Limitation (for eligibility purposes), and the Adjusted Income deductions DO NOT apply to the Tax Credit or Bond program.
