NEWS AND HIGHLIGHTS

2025 BOND REPORT INSTRUCTIONS POSTED: 2025 Bond Annual Reports are due to the Commission by January 7th! See the submission procedure and instructions.

Tax Credit Report Forms and Procedures for January 2026 Submissions - Coming Soon! Reports are due 1/31/2026.

UPDATED: HUD has released its inflationary adjustments for calendar year 2026 (pertaining to income/asset thresholds and exclusions, passbook rate and mandatory deductions).  Note that the Asset Limitation (for eligibility purposes), and the Adjusted Income deductions DO NOT apply to the Tax Credit or Bond program.
