If you own a home that is involved in foreclosure proceedings because of the financial impacts of COVID-19, you may be eligible for up to $60,000 in federal assistance through a new federal program. Not in foreclosure, but trying to avoid it? The hotline can help you, too -- call today.
The Washington State Housing Finance Commission, a state agency, is administering this program across the state in partnership with the nonprofit HomeSight. It is part of the Homeowner Assistance Fund of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), created to help homeowners impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
