Washington Works Housing ProgramThird Round

At stakeholder meetings, staff had held open the possibility of the third round.  After the first two rounds, $2,516,147 in total was left unallocated, enough to fund one additional project. All applications not receiving an award were consolidated into the third round, which was opened as a general pool of all remaining unallocated funds.

Projects were ranked on a comparative statewide basis.

An allocation was made to the highest ranked project in this round.
