2010 Low Income Housing Tax Credit Per Capita Authority

On December 23, 2009, the U.S. Census Bureau released the 2009 population estimates, so we have been able to calculate the total 2010 Per Capita Low Income Housing Tax Credit Authority for the state of Washington. The population estimate for Washington is 6,664,195 and the multiplier is $2.10 per capita this year. Therefore the total 2010 LIHTC Per Capita Authority is:

6,664,195 x $2.10 = $13,994,809.
