Pre-application Approval Request Deadline:
Monday, November 19, 2012 at 5 PM.

Please keep in mind that there are new pre-application approval requirements in place for the 2013 round. A complete list of required pre-application approvals may be found below.

9% Competitive Application Deadline:
Thursday, January 10, 2013 at 5:00 PM.

Important Details to Remember for the 2013 Round:

There have been a number of changes to the Policies for the 2013 round. Please review Chapters 5 and 6 carefully. Staff is available to answer questions.
 

The Commission will use the following averaged “floating rate” credit percentages for the 2013 Allocation Round:
• 7.38% for the 70% Present Value Credit (9% credit)
• 3.16% for the 30% Present Value Credit (4% credit)
