Lakeview Loan Servicing Disaster Guidelines and Disaster File

Dear Lending Partners:

Effective Immediately!

Lakeview Loan Servicing has formalized its prior guidance regarding requirements for properties located in declared disaster areas. The disaster guidelines can be found in the Lakeview Loan Servicing Selling Guide.

Additionally, the Lakeview Seller Disaster Guide has created as an easy reference tool and has been published in their Product Matrix Documents Section as well as in their Reference Library.

All Lakeview's matrices have been updated to include links to the above documents. Their Seller Guides have been updated in MRN under the Seller Guide tab.

Also the FEMA Disaster List document has been re-titled as the Lakeview Loan Servicisng Disaster File and has been re-formatted to more clearly define diaster areas, incident dates, impacted products and comments.

The Lakeview Loan Servicing Disaster File is published in their Announcements section on MRN as well as on the Marina in their main Credit Policy folder and is updated as changes occur to disaster impacted areas.

Lakeview Loan Servicing product matrices have been updated to include links to point to Lakeview Loan Servicing Disaster File.

The Commission has also updated our program matrix.
