Program Announcement

June 20, 2017
Changes to Master Servicer for Home Advantage Fannie Mae Conventional and All House Key Opportunity Loans Starting July 1, 2017

The Commission’s contract with ServiSolutions will expire on December 31, 2017. All reserved loans going to ServiSolutions must be delivered to ServiSolutions no later than September 29, 2017 in order for these loans to be reviewed, purchased and securitized. ServiSolutions and the Commission agreed to stop taking reservations for Home Advantage Fannie Mae Conventional loans and all House Key Opportunity loans as of June 30, 2017 in an effort to meet the above mentioned deadlines. Any loans not purchased by November 30, 2017 will be returned to the originating lender.

All Home Advantage and House Key Opportunity loan reservations made on or after July 3, 2017 will be going to Lakeview Loan Servicing. Lakeview’s conventional and House Key matrix have been posted here: http://www.wshfc.org/sf/downloads.html

Manual updates will be posted on or before July 3, 2017.

Please note: Both servicer contracts are expiring at the end of the year. The Commission will release a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Master Servicer(s) in the next couple of months. An email notice will go out to your Lender Contact at your corporate offices with a link to the RFP posted on our website when available. Please stay tuned.

The Commission would like to thank Mike King and the staff at ServiSolutions for their efforts as the Commission’s loan servicer since December 15, 2011. The Commission would like to thank Gary Manfredi and staff at Lakeview for their assistance as well. As a result of dedicated staff from both loan servicers, we have together grown the program and experienced great success in our efforts to serve homeowners statewide.

If you have follow up questions, please contact Corinna Obar at Corinna.obar@wshfc.org or Lisa DeBrock at lisa.debrock@wshfc.org.

Thank you for your continued support of our programs.
