Advance Notice of Rate Change – House Key Opportunity

Due to volatility in the market, we can no longer offer a 3.625% (government) and 3.875% (conventional) interest rate for the House Key Opportunity Program.

The new rates apply to new reservations made on the Mitas system on or after March 17, 2017 at 9:00 am PT.

Interest Rates:
4.125% -1 point origination for FHA, VA and USDA loans
4.375% - 1 point origination for Conventional loans

The Commission will continue to strictly enforce the reservation policies from its manual. No reservation can be made until the borrower(s) completes a Commission sponsored homebuyer education seminar and has a fully executed purchase and sale agreement. If a loan is reserved and found in violation of Commission policy the loan will be subject to worst case pricing regardless of circumstances.

Existing reservations under other Commission programs cannot be cancelled and re-reserved to receive a lower rate. All other terms and conditions for House Key Opportunity still applies.

This notice only applies to the House Key Opportunity Program. The Home Advantage Program is not affected by this notice.

Please note: Program interest rates are market driven and can change at anytime without advance notice. Current program rates are posted on our website.

Thank you so much for your support of our programs.
