Lakeview Loan Servicing Reservation Start Date 10/24/2016

The Washington State Housing Finance Commission is pleased to announce the reservation start date with Lakeview Loan Servicing, (LLS) as our additional loan servicer. We would like to thank all of you for your patience during this transition.

Reminder:

In order to participate:

  1. Your company must sign the Mortgage Origination Agreement found here:
    www.wshfc.org/sf/LoanServicerDocuments.htm
    and
  2. Your company must already be approved with Lakeview Loan Servicing.
    If you are not approved with LLS please contact them at CRM@lakeviewloanservicing.com for required documents.

LLS will begin accepting new reservations in our system at 9:00 AM Pacific Time, Monday, October 24, 2016, for lenders meeting the above requirements.

Important Changes:

Lakeview Loan Servicing will purchase Home Advantage FHA, VA and USDA loans.

All borrowers must have a minimum 620 credit score.

Manual Underwriting allowed for FHA only.

Limited 203K loans.

No Manufactured Homes.

ServiSolutions will continue to purchase Home Advantage Conventional loans and all House Key loans.
