Manual updates are available at:

Under Section 2, please read carefully as changes have been made to include clarification on Automated Underwriting Systems (AUS) accepted under the Program. ServiSolutions will accept loans up to a 50.00% total debt to income ratio with specific compensating factors listed in Section 2 for purchase and sale agreements accepted after 1/13/2012.

Downpayment assistance manuals have also been updated to reflect higher income limits.

Appendix V has been added to show the Early Payment Default language added as a First Amendment to the Mortgage Origination Agreement and sent to contacts at your corporate offices earlier today.
