Income limits have been updated for the following downpayment assistance programs:

House Key Plus

HomeChoice

House Key Schools

House Key Veterans

House Key Plus Seattle

House Key Plus ARCH

House Key Plus Bremerton

Please note the HUD 80% Area Median Income limits for King County decreased slightly.
