Online Homebuyer Education Procedures
To qualify for the online homebuyer education course:
The Loan Officer must first complete the Homebuyer
Education Exception Request Form, which can be found toward the bottom of
the “Forms” page and email the completed form to
ExceptionRequests@wshfc.org
for approval.
Upon approval, the loan officer will direct their
homebuyer to the MGIC website at
http://homebuyers.mgic.com The homebuyer will log into the course using
their email address.
Upon successful completion of the course, the MI company Certificate of Completion will be emailed to the homebuyer. The loan officer will need to email that certificate to the Commission at ExceptionRequests@wshfc.org. The Commission will then issue a Control/Certificate number that will be used for loan reservation.
