Dear Annual Report Preparer:

The Combined Funders Monitoring Coordination Task Force is again offering annual report trainings in order to assist owners and managers in the reporting process.  These trainings are especially helpful for managers of properties with multiple sources of funding.

Annual Report Trainings

A schedule of the trainings being offered this year is listed below.  The Washington State Housing Finance Commission (WSHFC), City of Seattle, King County and State Community Trade and Economic Development (CTED) Housing Division will co-instruct the workshops.   Space is limited so register early.  Because of limited space, no more than THREE people from your organization that actually complete or review the reports may register for any one training session.  Small organizations are encouraged to register early.

PLEASE NOTE:  If you ONLY have Tax Credit properties DO NOT register for Session A of these Combined Funders trainings. The WSHFC offers several Tax Credit specific workshops throughout the year that would be better for you to attend. Session B is helpful to accountants or anyone who needs to complete Table 4.
