INCOME AND RENT LIMITS for ALL TAX CREDIT AND BOND FINANCED
PROPERTIES
Click on the county in the map below to display the different limit
sets for that county.
To determine the correct income limits for your project, first
look up the Placed in Service Date (or Bond Closing Date, for
bond-only projects) on the
2013 Tax Credit Projects and Placed in Service Dates (PDF)
or the
2013 Bond Projects Closing Dates (PDF). Then
review the “Which
Income Limits Do I Use? (PDF)” document to find out
which limits apply to your project, based on the PIS (or Bond
Closing) date.
Note: Properties with additional funding from other city, county,
state, or federal affordable housing programs may have more
restrictive rent and income limits. Please check the other funder
websites for their limits.
