2008 Bond Cap Lighting Application Round OPEN

ANNOUNCING

2008 Bond Volume Issuance Authority (“Bond Cap”)

Applications Accepted until 3 p.m., September 5, 2008 for possible Bond Cap (Bond Cap is NOT guaranteed)

Conditions of this Application Round

• All projects that receive Bond Cap must close by December 15, 2008.
• If you have a project already on the waiting list, you need not reapply.
• Projects in this round cannot depend on other funders or other government funding sources; e.g., No LIHTC properties.
• Those applying for the Third Round must pay both the application fee and a 1% deposit. While the Application Fee is non-refundable, the 1% deposit will be refunded if the applicant does not receive a Bond Cap allocation.

We will be requesting additional Bond Cap for those projects that apply, please note that there is no guarantee that we will receive it.

Projects receiving the highest scores from the Multifamily Housing Evaluation Policy (PDF) will receive allocations first. In case of a tie in scoring the project requesting the lesser amount of Bond Cap will be awarded first.
