American Reinvestment & Recovery Act (ARRA)
INFORMATION FOR BOND PROJECTS
If you have a Multifamily Housing bond project for which you are hoping to utilize ARRA funds, you must have a bond application submitted to the Commission by 2 PM on Friday June 5th. Your application will be evaluated and if the project is eligible, we will prepare an award of bond cap letter for your deal to meet the ARRA Guidelines' June 11 deadline for bond cap awards.
If you have already submitted a 2009 Bond Cap application, but did not initially move forward with our process and would like to do so now, send a letter to the Capital Projects division before 2 PM on June 5th and we will prepare an award of bond cap letter for your project.
For 2008 projects which were awarded bond cap and unable to close in 2008, send a letter requesting to renew your prior allocation of bond cap. Letters must be received by 2 PM on June 5th.
Tax credit applications for bond projects planning to use ARRA funds are due by June 12, 2009.
