Participants are responsible for making their hotel reservations. The following two hotels have rooms reserved for this year’s conference.

Please note:

  • Identify yourself as a participant of Housing Washington 2013 to receive the special conference rates listed below.
  • Both hotels are 100% smoke-free.
  •  After checking in, early departures will result in an early check-out fee.

     Overnight Self-Park: $12 + tax
     Overnight Valet: $22 + tax

Airport Shuttle
Complimentary airport shuttle service is provided. From the baggage claim area at the airport, use the courtesy phone to call for shuttle pick-up. It is recommended you make reservations with the Hotel Bell Desk for your return trip to the airport.

From I-90 East or West:
Exit Interstate 90 at Exit #281 (Division St.). Proceed to the left lane and continue straight on Division St. for 6 blocks. Turn left onto Spokane Falls Blvd. Turn right onto Spokane Falls Court. The DoubleTree is straight ahead.

     Single Occupancy: $87 + tax
     Double Occupancy: $97 + tax

Davenport Hotel Rates
     Single/Double Occupancy: $145 + tax

Hotel Parking for Housing Washington Attendees (Subject to change.)
Valet
     Overnight: $20 + tax
     Daytime: $15 + tax

Self-Park (Garage located on corner of Post and 1st streets.)
     Overnight: $15 + tax
     Daytime: Hourly basis with maximum of $15 + tax

Airport Shuttle
Contact the hotel to arrange for town car service. Rates are $50 round trip and $25 one-way. Prices are subject to change.

Directions to The Davenport Tower
From I-90 East or West:
Take Exit 280A (Lincoln St.). Proceed north on Lincoln St. Turn right onto First Ave. Self-parking is available in the garage on the southwest corner of First Ave. and Post. For valet parking in The Davenport Tower, turn right on Post and then left into the hotel garage.

Scheduled Shuttle Service
Scheduled shuttle service will be provided in a continuous loop between The Davenport Hotel & Tower and Spokane Convention Center. A schedule will be posted soon.
