Information for Sponsors & Exhibitors
Becoming a Sponsor
Change is in the air and change is also coming to
Housing Washington!
Be a part of this exciting conference by pledging your sponsorship now!
This conference provides an excellent venue for you to
show your support for bringing industry leaders together to address
affordable housing, homelessness, financing and organizational
development. At Housing Washington,
you will develop important partnerships, gain brand visibility, and
market your products and services to more than 700 people. Please
download the Sponsor Opportunities
for details and fill out the Sponsorship
Form
to pledge your support. If you plan to exhibit, please fill out an
Exhibitor Reservation Form and
read on.
Becoming an Exhibitor
Because Housing
Washington is technically a conference
and not a trade show, you need to become a sponsor in order to exhibit.
Once you have pledged your sponsorship, you are entitled to exhibit at
the conference. As not all sponsors are exhibitors, you must fill out
the Exhibitor Reservation Form
to reserve your booth space. Once we have received your form, we will
send you details about where to send your exhibit and materials, when
and where to set up, etc. We will provide you with the best possible
support on this process.
Non Profit and Government/Public Agency Exhibitors
Housing Washington
is no longer able to provide complimentary booth space to the
not-for-profit community. However, we have developed a cost-effective
package for you. Please review the
NPGP
Exhibitor Form for details and to
sign up.
Exhibitor Activity
The exhibit area is open during the entire conference. However, when
sessions are in process, the exhibit area is slow. Therefore, there is
no need to staff your booth all the time. We recommend you plan to staff
your booth when the conference opens in the morning and during scheduled
breaks with exhibitors. A VIP networking event with exhibitors will also
take place during the conference. Extra activities are planned to draw
attendees into the exhibit area. If you are unable to staff your booth,
our staff will replenish your literature throughout the conference.
Thank you to Housing Washington 2009
sponsors!
In addition to helping deliver an excellent program, sponsors help to
underwrite our Scholarship Program for nonprofit organizations and
students that would otherwise not be able to attend the conference.
Housing Washington features more than 50 exhibitors who,
collectively, cover a wide range of public service, advocacy and
commercial information, services, programs, and products of primary
interest to those in the affordable housing arena. Representatives will
be available to meet you during the VIP Reception with Exhibitors and
scheduled breaks as listed in the conference program. Be sure to seek
them out!
