Conference Scholarship

Housing Washington 2010 is now accepting scholarship applications from members of the nonprofit community and individuals who otherwise would be unable to afford to attend. We are pleased to offer these scholarships and wish to recognize our conference sponsors whose support enables us to extend this program. To be considered for a scholarship, please complete the Scholarship Application (PDF) and follow the instructions for submittal.

Application Deadline

Applications must be received by 5:00 PM on August 13, 2010, in order to be considered.

Application Guidelines

• Applicants should have extremely limited financial resources or work with an organization that has extremely limited financial resources.
• No more than one individual from an organization may receive scholarship support, with one exception: if scholarships have been awarded to all viable candidates and funds are still available, a second participant may receive a scholarship.
• Scholarships cannot be transferred or shared.

Notification

Scholarship recipients will be notified during the week of September 7, 2010. All applicants who meet the criteria but do not receive a scholarship will be eligible for the early registration rate of $230. Payment must be received by October 5, 2010 to qualify for the early rate exception.
