Please follow these guidelines when applying:
Applicants should have extremely limited financial resources or work
with an organization that has extremely limited financial resources. No more than one individual from an organization may receive scholarship
support, with one exception: if scholarships have been awarded to all viable
candidates and funds are still available, a second participant may receive a
scholarship. Scholarships cannot be transferred or shared. Applications must be received by 5:00 p.m. on July 31, 2009.
Scholarship recipients will be notified during the week of August 19, 2009. All
applicants who meet the criteria but do not receive a
scholarship will be eligible for the early registration fee of $230. Payment
must be received by September 15, 2009, to qualify for the early rate exception.
Conference program information will soon be available on this website.
Registration brochures and online registration will be available in mid-June.
Conference presenters, the Washington State Housing Finance Commission and the
Washington State Office of Community, Trade and Economic Development, are
pleased to offer these scholarships, and wish to recognize our conference
sponsors whose support enables us to extend this program.
If you have any questions about scholarships, please call Stacie Hart at Event
