Theresa Cross is a Health Educator at Clark County
Public Health, working in tobacco prevention since 1993. She is part of
the Portland-Vancouver Metro Area Smokefree Housing Project, whose
mission is to reduce renters' exposure to secondhand smoke by increasing
the number of multi-unit properties with no-smoking policies. She has a
Bachelor of Science in Community Health Education from Oregon State
University, and a Master of Science degree in Community Health Education
from Portland State University. She completed academic requirements and
a traineeship at Oregon Health and Sciences University, and is a
Registered Dietitian.
