Becoming a Sponsor

The conference is an excellent venue for the private and not-for-profit sector to show its support for affordable housing education, develop important partnerships, gain brand visibility, and market your products and services. To that end, please consider becoming a 2008 sponsor. As Housing Washington is technically a conference and not a trade show, you must become a sponsor in order to exhibit. Please download the Sponsor Opportunities (PDF) for details. Please fill out the Sponsorship Form (PDF) to pledge your support.

Becoming an Exhibitor

Once you have pledged your sponsorship, you are entitled to exhibit at Housing Washington. As not all sponsors are exhibitors, you must fill out the Exhibitor Reservation Form (PDF) to reserve your booth space. Once we have received your form, we will send you details about where to send your exhibit and materials, when and where to set up, etc. We will provide you with the best possible support on this process.

Exhibitor Activity

The exhibit area is open during the entire conference. However, when sessions are in process, the exhibit area is ‘slow’. Therefore, there is no need to staff your booth all the time. We recommend you plan to staff your booth when the conference opens in the morning and during scheduled breaks with exhibitors. A VIP Networking Reception with Exhibitors will take place in the early evening of Monday, Sept. 15. Extra activities are planned to draw attendees into the exhibit area. If you are unable to staff your booth, our staff will replenish your literature throughout the conference.

Thank you to Housing Washington 2008 sponsors!

In addition to helping deliver an excellent program, sponsors assist nonprofit organizations and government agencies that would otherwise not be able to attend or exhibit at the conference. Sponsors are also instrumental in providing funding for nonprofit and student scholarships. We are delighted to present the following sponsors of Housing Washington 2008.

AND thank you to our exhibitors!

Housing Washington features more than 50 exhibitors who, collectively, cover a wide range of public service, advocacy and commercial information, services, programs, and products of primary interest to those in the affordable housing arena. Representatives will be available to meet you during the VIP Reception with Exhibitors and during scheduled breaks as listed in the conference program. Be sure to seek them out!
