Jon Hall is a senior associate and sustainable building advisor specializing in urban, mixed use, affordable, and sustainable projects at GGLO, a multi-disciplinary architecture, interior design, landscape architecture and planning firm. His background in multi-family, mixed-use, and retail developments is extensive. Hall is very focused on the quality and durability of a project from early design studies and carries this sensibility about entitlements, detailing, budget constraint, constructability, and schedule through the process, bringing the project along in a creative yet pragmatic way. He has well-established relationships with project consultants, contractors, and clients alike. In addition, his work on retail projects gives him an important perspective for mixed-use developments, realizing that each component of the project must be successful on its own to make the project prosperous as a whole.
