Tax Credit properties that will place in service during any calendar year are required to have the property owner and a property management representative attend a training session 120 days prior to the properties’ placed-in-service date.

The Commission presents several tax credit and bond compliance workshops each year. With the increased emphasis on compliance by investors and owners, these sessions are invaluable in helping you keep abreast of compliance issues which impact your property.  These workshops will focus on federal and state compliance requirements as well as how to avoid common compliance monitoring pitfalls.  The presentations used at the workshops have received a National Award for program excellence.
